* We include Day-of Coordination which begins with a meeting three months out and one month out from the event date to establish a timeline and ensure all details are accounted for. During these meetings we also create a floorplan, which we implement on the wedding day.

We facilitate the rehearsal the night before the event. On the day of your event, we check in with the bridal party to ensure everything is running smoothly and according to the timeline, distribute vendor payments, oversee setup for the ceremony and reception sites, run the ceremony, direct guests to the reception area, and manage the timeline for cocktail hour, dinner, toasts, cake, bouquet toss and exit. At the end of the event we will assist in collecting all decor into one area for easier clean-up and we help load vehicles with gifts and decor.
