-Vendors are permitted to arrive any time between 10:00am-1:00pm

-If you need electric, please notify us ahead of time

-If you prefer the upstairs or downstairs, please let us know in the final blank

Before you submit, Here's what you need to know!

* All booths that are not occupied within half hour of opening the market will forfeit their booth space and fee. Exhibitors are to ensure that their display is completely set up and ready to sell when the show opens. * All exhibitors must contain their display, their work, and their storage boxes within dimensions of the space they rent. * Exhibitor booths must be of sound construction and must in no way obstruct, infringe upon, or endanger the neighboring booth areas or walkways. * Nothing may be placed on the walls. * If you are having a walk-in booth, you must provide adequate walk-in space within your designated area. *Exhibitors are expected to keep their items neatly displayed at all times and to be at their booth during the hours the show is open. * Each participant is responsible for following all federal and local regulations and restrictions regarding their individual craft. *Collection and payment of retail sales tax is the responsibility of the registered exhibitors. * Smoking not permitted inside the building. * Exhibitors shall not disassemble, pack up or remove any part of their display prior to the official closing time. * As soon as participant’s car is unloaded, participants must move vehicles to a parking lot. * Exhibitors are solely responsible for any damage or liability. The Refinery or the staff of the Refinery are not responsible in any way. Space Fee: $100. Spaces are approximately 8x8. We have a limited number of tables so If you need more it is your responsibility to provide your own table and displays. By submitting this form, it does not guarantee you a spot at the fair.
